Sintra's Seomi helper writes SEO articles and runs SEO audits, and it is one of 12 helpers in a single subscription. On the 12-month plan, that is $15.60/month. For a founder who wants help drafting articles and is comfortable copying them into WordPress, Shopify or Wix by hand, that can be enough.
