Inbox triage and drafts
Incoming emails sorted by intent, with a reply drafted in your tone for a person to approve. This is how our own Email Draft works.
AI that works inside your CRM, inbox and store — not in another tab your team forgets to open.
Most AI projects stall between the demo and the daily routine. We start from one process that costs you hours every week, connect the model to the systems where that work already happens, and keep a person in control of anything that leaves the building: a reply, a price, a change in your CRM.
01 · Trigger
A quote request arrives through your website form
02 · AI
The model reads it, tags the service and drafts a reply from your price list
03 · Human check
Your team reviews the draft in Gmail and approves or edits it
04 · Result
The reply goes out and the lead is logged in your CRM with its source
An example flow. Your steps, tools and approvals are mapped with you before anything is built.
Incoming emails sorted by intent, with a reply drafted in your tone for a person to approve. This is how our own Email Draft works.
Web forms, chat and Messenger leads cleaned, deduplicated and pushed to your CRM with the right owner and next step.
Product descriptions, FR/EN/ES translations and store FAQs generated from your real catalog data, checked before publishing.
We sit with the people who do the task today and write down every step, exception and system involved.
We test the AI step on a sample of your own emails, leads or products before connecting anything.
We wire the integration with the minimum permissions, logging, and an approval step where it matters.
It runs alongside your team for a few weeks; we measure errors and time saved, then adjust.
AI makes mistakes. We design every integration so that a wrong answer is caught before it reaches a customer, and we tell you when a simple rule or a form does the job better than a model.
Quoted per mandate after a free call. What moves the price: the number of systems to connect, the volume of items processed, the model costs (paid to the provider, at cost or on your own account) and how much monitoring you want after launch.
Every mandate is confirmed in a written quote (scope, deliverables, timeline, GST/QST) before any work starts.
We build and run our own AI products every day: Email Draft writes replies that wait for your approval, Krealo Chat answers from a store's catalog and hands over to a person, and the Krealo Publisher runs one AI agent per company, with approval before anything is published.

Anything with an API or an export: CRMs (Krealo CRM or the one you already use), Gmail and Outlook, Shopify, Google Sheets and Drive, Messenger and Instagram inboxes, and accounting or management software such as QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If a tool has no API, we tell you what the workaround costs before starting.
Not by us. We use the business API offerings of the model providers, whose terms exclude training on submitted data by default, and we only send the fields each step needs. Before launch you get the list of providers and where they process data, so you can assess it under Québec's Law 25.
It depends on the number of systems and the approvals needed on your side. The written quote sets the timeline before work starts, and we begin with a single process so you see a result before committing to more.
A person who knows the process, sample data (anonymized if needed), admin access to the tools involved or someone who can grant it, and a decision on who approves what the AI produces.
Agents that do the repetitive part of the job and ask before doing anything that matters.
A chatbot that answers from your catalog and your policies — and knows when to call a person.
Stop copying the same data between five tools. Let the systems pass it to each other.
